Group Exercise

Group fitness classes have been increasing in popularity in the exercise industry because they provide a unique fitness opportunity in a motivational group environment.

The Recreational Sports Department tries to keep with the current fitness trends by offering a wide a variety of classes that go beyond the stereotypical "dance aerobics" style.

Our aerobics, cycling, and water aerobics classes are free to all members of the IC community and are available on a drop-in basis.

Our specialty exercise classes, which currently include massage, pilates, tai chi, and yoga, have a nominal fee in order to provide high quality instruction. Sign ups are required for these classes. Please visit each class type's individual page for cost and sign up information.
